Seeking a Pharma Suite MES Lead to manage support and enhancement activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. The candidate will lead support teams, ensure platform stability, manage incidents and changes, and maintain GxP compliance.

- Rockwell Pharma Suite FTPS 11.0 Mandatory.
- MES Support, Administration, and Functional Consulting.
- Batch Management and Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations.
- Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- SQL Databases and Manufacturing System Integration.
- Production Support and SLA/KPI Management.
- GxP and Pharmaceutical Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PharmaSuite MES support across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Manage onsite/offshore teams and service delivery.
- Drive incident resolution, escalations, and change management.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams.
- Conduct customer governance and operational reviews.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure GxP compliance and platform stability.
