PGS IT/OT Network & Infrastructure Lead

Serves as the technical authority and architecture lead for IT/OT network and infrastructure capabilities supporting PGS manufacturing operations. The role defines standards, drives lifecycleplanningand provides strategic direction for infrastructure investment,modernisationand transformation initiatives.

This role covers architecture and infrastructure strategy for IT and OT network environments across PGS manufacturing sites, providing design authority for new sites, acquisitions/closures/divestitures, major network changes,segmentationand infrastructuremodernisation. The role links short-term project design decisions to long-term infrastructure strategy,lifecycleand operational supportability.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recognized as SME and architecture authority for IT/OT network and infrastructure designs, ensuring alignment with global standards, PANS expectations and operational support models.

• Leads/co-leads design for new site builds, ACD activities, major infrastructure changes, cyber upliftprogrammesand segmentation initiatives.

• Develops ideas for reference architectures, engineering guardrails and reusable patterns for routing, switching, firewalling, segmentation, remoteaccessand hybrid connectivity.

• Drive infrastructurerationalisationandstandardisationto reduce technical debt, improvesupportabilityand simplify the site network estate.

• Own lifecycle planning for network hardware and software, including EOSL/EOL remediation, refresh planning, budgetinputsand long-term roadmaps.

• Works independently to partner with site and above-site stakeholders,prioritisinginfrastructure investment based on risk, business criticality, lifecyclestatusand strategic alignment

• Applies advanced knowledge of network and infrastructure architecture to provide technical review and challenge for project designs, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable,resilientand maintainable.

• Identifyinnovation andshared-solutionopportunities that can be scaled across the manufacturing network.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Role provides design authority and lifecycle leadership across the PGS manufacturing network, including new-site builds, ACDactivitiesand major infrastructure changeprogrammes. Role mayrequiretravel for site, network, vendor, or capital-project engagements, and periodic off-hours support for majorchangewindows or critical infrastructure events.
