Position Specific Description
Position makes decisions and recommendations having significant impact on the indicators of the company. The position will have to communicate critical and controversial issues with high level management of the company. Role will be responsible for one or more programs of critical importance to overall company objectives.

Leadership skills, ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization, from craft personnel to the VP level. Leverage resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired business results. Work Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm M-F. Occasional night and or weekend work as well as call-out for emergencies is sometimes required.
