Pest Control Technician / Sales Representative

This role combines hands-on service and sales, and we provide comprehensive in-house training--no prior experience required.

We're seeking candidates who take pride in their work, communicate effectively, and can thrive both independently and as part of a close-knit team. The right person is proactive, dependable, and eager to take ownership of their success.

Schedule: 4-day workweek (4/10 schedule) -- enjoy three days off while maintaining full-time hours with an opportunity for extra work as available if needed.

Key Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and around residential properties
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, motivated, and dedicated to delivering quality work
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• No prior pest control experience required -- we'll train you to succeed!

Location

Firehouse Pest Control Services proudly serves customers across Arizona, with our main office located in Chandler, AZ. Candidates should live within a reasonable commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting.
