As a Field Technician in the General Pest Department at Platinum Pest Solutions, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to multi-family and commercial clients. Your role includes inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, implementing effective treatment plans, and educating customers on pest prevention. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine treatment solutions.
- Apply pest control treatments safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and use proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide recommendations.
- Maintain and clean company-provided equipment and vehicles.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new treatment methods, and regulations.
Pest Control Technician Benefits:
- Full time
- Monday-Friday with occasional opportunities for Saturday overtime
- $17.50 - $20/hr. depending on experience
