About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team in Houston and Katy TX. This is a great opportunity to have stable weekend work all year round with a fast growing, reputable company in the Houston area.
Responsibilities:- Pest Control
- Perform interior and exterior pest control services, including mosquito, perimeter pests, rodent, fleas
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell services to customers and earn additional commission and bonus!
- Keep accurate records of services performed
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards
Desired Experience:- 5 year of Pest Control Experience with Technician License (level above Apprentice)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience maintaining STIHL backpack sprayers
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Hunger to grow with the business
- Available to work weekends / overtime during peak periods
