MUST LIVE WITHIN 25 MILES of EPPING NH OR in MA within a 30 minute drive!

We are growing and looking for a motivated Pest Control Technician who enjoys working independently while providing excellent service to residential and commercial customers.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22 – $30 per hour (based on experien e)
• **10% commission UNCAPPED **on sales
• $500 Sign-On Bonus(paid after training period)

Schedule

• Full-time – 40 hours per week
• One half Saturday per month
• Saturday hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (never later)

What You’ll Do

• Service residential homes and commercial businesses throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire
• Inspect properties for pest activity and recommend solutions
• Apply treatments safely and according to state regulations
• Maintain service records using company iPad
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
• Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a service route
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors, in crawl spaces, or on ladders when needed
• Previous pest control or related field experience preferred

Licensing (Preferred but Not Required):

• Massachusetts Category 41 License
• New Hampshire General Pest Control License

Candidates without licenses may still be considered. We are willing to train the right individualand assist with licensing.
