Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services.
- Inspect homes and businesses for insects, rodents, and wildlife activity.
- Identify entry points and recommend effective treatment and prevention solutions.
- Apply pest control products safely and in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
- Perform general pest control, rodent control, termite services, wildlife exclusion, crawlspace services, attic restoration, and related specialty services as needed.
- Educate customers on pest prevention and answer questions professionally.
- Complete accurate service reports and maintain treatment records.
- Keep company vehicle, equipment, and materials clean, organized, and stocked.
- Provide outstanding customer service on every visit.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to pass Georgia Pest Technician Registration Test.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
- Comfortable working outdoors, in attics, crawlspaces, on roofs, and on ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Pest control experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered or Licensed Georgia Pest Control Technician (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience in pest control, construction, home services, maintenance, landscaping, or a similar field.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
