Balances and reconciles government credit card accounts including reviewing invoices and statements, verifying information, and processing material for application in the accounting system; researching causes of discrepancies, and taking action to ensure that accounts balance. Counsels and advises military and civilian personnel on travel procedures and responsibilities; military, civilian, and dependent entitlements; obtaining visas and passports; port call arrangements, and other related travel areas.

Serves as a central source of expertise on travel for both temporary duty and permanent change of station. Counsels and advises military and civilian personnel on travel procedures and responsibilities; military, civilian, and dependent entitlements; obtaining visas and passports; port call arrangements, and other related travel areas. Use automated software to maintain / compile data to support transportation and account reconciliation operations.All Contractor personnel performing work under this contract must complete a favorable background investigation and be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).
