Description
We are a private training studio in Leawood, KS offering circuit training classes & one-on-one personal training services. We are looking for enthusiastic, qualified trainers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop professional, comprehensive & safe client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
- Monitor, instruct & correct clients during group classes & personal training
- Provide fitness floor assistance to all clients to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate clients
- Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
- Ensure all members feel confident and connected by providing superior customer service
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of personal training experience (preferred)
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Knowledge of fitness and group training program design
