Job Description


The Independent Personal Lines Insurance Producer at Foursquare Insurance is responsible for developing new client relationships, identifying appropriate insurance solutions, and building and maintaining a growing, profitable book of business.


This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, self-motivated insurance professional who enjoys developing their own pipeline, managing their own schedule, and taking ownership of their results.


You'll operate independently while benefiting from Foursquare's carrier relationships, agency technology, established processes, and experienced support infrastructure.


Responsibilities

• Independently identify, prospect, qualify, and develop new personal lines insurance opportunities through referrals, networking, existing relationships, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Prepare and present insurance quotations, explain coverage options, and facilitate policy binding.
• Develop lasting client relationships through responsive communication, professional service, and proactive account reviews.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client protection through additional policies and appropriate coverage recommendations.
• Support client renewals, retention efforts, and ongoing account service in coordination with available agency resources.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity documentation within agency systems.
• Work toward established production, retention, and account-development expectations.
• Maintain required licensing, continuing education, and compliance with applicable insurance regulations and agency standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Must reside in Texas. This is a fully remote opportunity.
• Minimum of two years of personal lines insurance sales or production experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate new business and develop strong client relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing responsibilities without direct supervision.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to balance new business development with ongoing client relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance rating platforms, agency management systems, and digital communication tools.
• Commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, customer service, and long-term client retention.

Ideal candidates have an established approach to prospecting, a history of consistent new-business production, and a desire to build a lasting book of business.
