About the Role

As a Personal Lines Producer, you will be responsible for selling home, auto, and umbrella Property & Casualty insurance solutions across multiple carriers while building and managing a profitable book of business. This is a producer/hunter role focused on converting Allegiance-provided leads while developing organic referral relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate professionals, and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell home, auto, and umbrella Property & Casualty insurance solutions across multiple carriers.
• Work Allegiance-provided leads to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Build organic referral relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
• Develop and manage a profitable Personal Lines book of business.
• Generate new business while maintaining and growing recurring renewal revenue.
• Utilize multi-carrier rating and quoting platforms to identify appropriate coverage solutions and competitive options.
• Manage high-volume leads and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information using CRM/AMS systems and comparative rating platforms.
• Provide strong customer-facing communication and consultative guidance throughout the insurance sales process.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to long-term book growth.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing.
• 1–3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Hunter mindset with the ability to generate new business and develop referral relationships.
• Experience handling high-volume leads and multi-carrier rating and quoting.
• Experience with CRM/AMS systems and comparative rating platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and renewal compensation.
