We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in our Personal Lines Department. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients when they call in for assistance.

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Answer emails, phone calls, and in person questions to provide customer service to policyholders
Document all activities on behalf of policy holders in their file within the computer system
Answer insurance related questions to clients
Quote, rate, and endorse policies on the various Insurance Company websites
Set up client files and keep client files up to date
Re-market clients as needed from one insurance company to another insurance company
Possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
3+ years of insurance agency experience
AMS360 experience is beneficial
