Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for our personal lines clients, managing their inquiries with care and accuracy.
Review and analyze renewals to ensure our clients have the coverage that fits their evolving life stages.
Collaborate with our carrier partners to resolve billing issues and process policy changes efficiently.
Advise clients on risk management and coverage options to ensure their assets are well-protected.
Maintain organized and thorough digital records for every client interaction.
Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to our collective growth.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus
Minimum of two years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Strong proficiency with agency management software and Microsoft Office.
Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail when reviewing policy documents and endorsements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting.
