Job Summary

The Account Sales Operations Support representative plays a vital role in keeping our agency running efficiently. You will bridge administrative operations and sales workflow-handling client policies, carrier communications, and back-office task while assisting personal lines producers with quotes, applications, and pipeline tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Account Operations:

• Process policy endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and client coverage changes.
• Handle client billing inquiries, premium payments, and carrier communications.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files and policy records within the Agency Management System (AMS).
• Address incoming client service calls and emails with prompt, accurate resolution.

Sales Support & Pipeline Assistance:

• Gather risk details and assist producers with preparing personal lines quotes.
• Submit policy applications through carrier portals and assist in following up on underwriting requirements.
• Prepare pre-bind documentation and support policy issuance.
• Help track sales leads, pending applications, and renewal retention reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in an insurance agency, personal lines underwriting support, or account management role (preferred).
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines Insurance License.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with agency management software, carrier rating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service instincts.
• Organization: High attention to detail, strong time-management habits, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
