Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Review insurance forms and policies from carriers.
- Process new applications, policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle non-payment issues, including reinstatements and cancellations.
- Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their personal lines insurance inquiries.
- Provide information on policy coverage, billing, and payment options.
- Handle customer requests for quotes, certificates, and proof of insurance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
- Generate reports and ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Follow up on pending tasks, endorsements, and claims.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Assist with account reviews to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- 440 or 220 insurance license.
- In-office role in North Tampa / Trinity area.
