We are seeking a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager to assist in servicing our client base. Property Casualty Insurance License and Experience is preferred, but not required.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and reviewing quotes
- Processing new and renewal accounts
- Assisting with client claims
What we are looking for:
Ideal candidates must be able to deliver superior customer servicewhile working as a team player. Strong communication and problem-solving skillsare necessary to effectively maintain customer relationships. This positionrequires self-motivation, multi-tasking, and excellent attention to detail.General computer skills, experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel arenecessary. Vertafore AMS360 skills preferred but not required. Candidates mustpass a background check and obtain their property & casualty insurancelicense within 30 days of hire.
This position is full-time, M-F 8:30-5:30.
