Description

Exciting new opportunity for a growing family-owned insurance agency. Seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager with 2-5 years of experience. Hybrid position – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

Manage existing client accounts (auto, home, etc.) by serving as the main point of contact for service, policy changes, renewals, and claims, working closely with agents to retain business, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure accurate policy administration while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Key duties include processing endorsements, handling billing, assisting with claims, preparing renewal quotes, and offering solutions for client insurance needs.
Experience with AMS 360. AgencyZoom experience preferred.
