We are an independent insurance agency looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to handle a range of client needs. Our agency is seeking an efficient and experienced individual to join our team in supporting our producers and our loyal clients. This will be a remote-based position with occasional in-person team meetings.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


- Preparing policy quotes for producers


- Responding to billing inquiries from clients


- Reviewing policy renewals and coverages with insured


- Processing personal lines endorsements


- Fielding client claims inquiries


- Building and maintaining relationships with producers, clients, and underwriters


 


Required skills and experience:


- Prior experience in personal lines insurance customer service required, prior commercial experience a plus!


- P&C insurance license required


- Agency-side experience preferred


- Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions independently


- Agency management experience required, AMS360 preferred
