    Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service existing clients, support new client relationships, and serve as a trusted resource for their insurance needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong insurance knowledge with attention to detail, responsiveness, and a client-first approach.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build strong relationships with clients to maintain existing business and support the development of new accounts.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients.
    • Process new and renewal business, endorsement requests, and proofs of insurance.
    • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and relevance.
    • Communicate professionally with insurance carriers and clients to obtain, update, and verify information needed for account servicing.
    • Answer client questions regarding insurance coverage, policies, and individual insurance needs.
    • Respond to carrier underwriting questions regarding client accounts.
    • Assist with claims processing when applicable.
    • Support marketing and remarketing efforts as needed.
    • Stay informed about new Personal Lines products, coverages, and industry developments.
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage and services based on client needs.
    • Maintain accurate account documentation and follow established quality-control standards.
    • Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development.
    • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
    • Current Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred; licensing assistance may be available for the right candidate.
    • High school diploma required; two years of college or two years of insurance industry experience preferred.
    • Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, policies, and endorsements.
    • Strong attention to detail and respect for confidential information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organization and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
