Personal Lines Account Executive

We are looking for a team player for our Norton office that is a motivated, organized and experienced individual in the Insurance Industry. At the Cushman Insurance Group our Account Managers service their existing customers, and also have the ability to sell to new customers.

Cushman Insurance Group is a growing independent insurance agency located in Eastern Massachusetts, we have 7 office locations, writing all lines of insurance including personal lines, commercial lines and life. Salary Range: $55000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service to existing customer for Billing, claims, policy changes
• Remarket Renewals
• Upsell customers to higher limits, rounding accounts
• Help with any claims
• Write insurance for new customers to the agency who call in or walk in.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license would be preferred
