Compensation:

$65,000 - $90,000 depending upon experience


Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in preparing various documents for trials, hearings, and discovery by organizing and managing case files.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, ensuring they understand case progress and next steps.
  • Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish to maintain clear client interactions.
  • Coordinate with external parties, such as witnesses and court officials, to schedule meetings and depositions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of case details, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
