In the subject line of the e-mail, please write "Pre-Litigation Attorney Position".Responsibilities Manage a team of case managers and case manager assistants for proper management of personal injury cases from start to finish.Manage intake specialist to ensure proper follow up and signing of potential clients.Manage lien negotiator to ensure liens are timely negotiated with medical providers.Oversee proper case breakdown with accounting to ensure correct amounts are dispersed.Draft demand letters for high-value injury cases.Conduct intake meetings with serious injury clients to assess their cases and provide legal advice.Manage and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer questions.Work closely with the litigation team to prepare cases to be transferred for trial if necessary.Collaborate with other case managers and the litigation team to develop case strategies.Conduct regular audits of pre-litigation cases.Collaborate with the team regarding the strength of cases, case strategy, and medical management to enhance case value and obtain policy limits settlements.Qualifications Juris Doctor degreeAdmission to the California Bar (or relevant jurisdiction as specified)Minimum of 1–2 years of experience handling personal injury casesKnowledge of medical treatment processes, case strategy, and experience obtaining policy limits settlementsStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership of responsibilitiesPassion for customer service and justice for victims of negligenceExperience with CRMs such as Case Peer, Dropbox, and Slack is a plusBi-lingual is a plus but not requiredBenefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience: $100,000 to $180,000Medical/dental benefits401K with employer matchingPTO/Holiday PayCore value driven firm with trainings, CLEs, and industry conference travelEqual Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
