What You'll Do

Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement

Investigate cases, review medical records, and develop strategies to maximize case value

Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

Maintain compassionate, effective communication with clients throughout their cases

Partner with case managers, legal assistants, and lien negotiators to move cases forward
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience

Active attorney in good standing and admitted to practice in Illinois

Strong case management, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
- English/Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred

Stable employment history and demonstrated commitment to prior roles

Comfortable working in-office 5 days per week in Chicago
