We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with hands‑on plaintiff‑side experience to support a growing PI practice. This role is essential to case progression and client satisfaction and requires direct ownership of injury files from intake through settlement or trial.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Draft demand packages, discovery, pleadings, and settlement documentation
Coordinate medical records, billing, liens, and expert materials
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status
Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Track statute of limitations, litigation deadlines, and settlement timelines
Support attorneys during hearings and trial as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience
Experience working plaintiff‑side (auto, premises, catastrophic injury preferred)
Strong understanding of medical records, damages, and lien resolution
Ability to manage high caseloads independently
Excellent client communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Trial prep or verdict experience
Familiarity with Georgia personal injury statutes and procedures
Experience with case management software used in PI practices
