Create legal pleadings, communications, and documents such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits with the assistance of a lawyer. Responsibilities: Aid lawyers in preparing for trial by arranging exhibits, witnesses, legal materials, client meetings, and motions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Injury Paralegal to support our team in both pre-litigation and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

$30 - $40 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Aid lawyers in preparing for trial by arranging exhibits, witnesses, legal materials, client meetings, and motions
• Give legal assistance at family settlement meetings and mediation so that disputes can be settled without going to court
• Talk with service providers or insurers about possible settlements for liens, bills, and medical expenses
• Set up a system of filing for our cases that is well-organized and easy to navigate, and other related admin duties
• Create legal pleadings, communications, and documents such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits with the assistance of a lawyer

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer required, preferably in a personal injury law firm
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
