One of New York's Leading personal injury law firm is seeking a career-minded, bilingual Litigation Paralegal Trainee to join our growing team.
We are seeking a motivated, professional individual who is interested in building a career in personal injury litigation. While prior personal injury experience is not required the successful candidate must be eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be prepared to take on increasing responsibility as they develop their legal skills.  Comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in managing all aspects of personal injury litigation.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts. 
  • Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Learn to draft legal documents, including Notices of Claim, Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, Discovery Demands and Responses, Subpoenas, and trial preparation materials.
  • Learn New York court filing procedures and assist with electronic filings.
  • Learn to manage cases from intake through trial while taking on increasing responsibility as training progresses. 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional client service. 
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new case management software. 
  • Positive attitude with a genuine interest in personal injury litigation.

Schedule:

  •  Onsite Monday - Friday 
Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 Annually, based on experience and qualifications.
