Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Assistant

• Provide legal support to Personal Injury Attorneys and Paralegal.
• Prepare outgoing Discovery.
• Draft answers to all incoming Discovery.
• Review incoming Discovery for complete answers and responses.
• Draft appropriate Good Faith Letters and Motions to Compel.
• Review court scheduling docket to ascertain the judges availability for scheduling various Hearings.
• File all Court documents that are required in the E-File portal.
• Schedule Hearings, Arbitrations, Trial, Mediations, and Depositions; and prepare the appropriate Notices.
• Communicate with opposing counsel to clear all scheduling dates.
• Other Litigation duties as assigned.

• $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year.
• Plus, potential for monthly bonuses.
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
• 2 weeks paid vacation after one year.
• 3 weeks of paid vacation after two years.
• 6 paid personal/sick days per year.
• $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
• Health insurance (4 different options to choose from, including a Health Savings Account – HSA), basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
• Dental and vision are paid for by the firm.
• Health benefits are available on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.

• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
• Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred if the candidate is a Florida Bar Certified paralegal.
