Pay: $180,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year

Note

Candidates must have 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience, an active California Bar license, and hands-on experience with discovery and depositions. We welcome attorneys from both plaintiff-side and defense-side litigation backgrounds. This is a fully in-office opportunity in Torrance, CA.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury litigation matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and negligence claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and develop effective case strategies.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to strengthen liability and damages claims.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers to pursue favorable outcomes.
• Prepare cases for mediation, settlement, and trial while taking increasing ownership of litigation matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience, either plaintiff-side or defense-side.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Experience managing discovery and taking and defending depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, collaborate with colleagues, and advocate effectively for clients.
• Commitment to working full-time on-site in Torrance, CA.

• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): 2 to 4 yrs: $180K–$230K;
• 5 to 8 yrs: $230K–$310K;
• 9+ yrs: $310K–$400K.
