A national plaintiff firm is hiring a litigation attorney for its Tampa office, an easy commute from St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Brandon. The practice is toxic tort and catastrophic injury, on the plaintiff side only.
You will carry cases from the first client call to resolution: discovery, depositions, motions, expert work and trial preparation, with real courtroom time in Florida state and federal court.
Florida Bar required. Three to seven years of civil litigation; plaintiff injury, toxic tort or mass tort experience is a strong plus. Deposition experience required; trial experience welcome.
Compensation is based on experience, with full benefits. Monday through Friday in the Tampa office.
