MW Talent is partnering with a respected personal injury law firm in Richmond, Virginia, to hire an experienced Litigation Attorney. This is a fully in-person position for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation work and being part of a collaborative office environment.
This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to manage cases from inception through trial and work closely with a dedicated legal team. You will take ownership of an active caseload and play a critical role in case strategy and trial preparation.
Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation
Draft and review pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to meet deadlines and case goals
JD from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Virginia
4+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong understanding of civil procedure and trial preparation
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Established firm with a strong reputation for client advocacy
Fully in-person role with direct courtroom exposure
