In this role, you will manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution, represent clients in legal proceedings, draft and review legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the life of each case.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in court, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedingsPrepare, draft, and review pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documentsAdvise clients on legal rights, case strategy, and settlement optionsNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counselConduct legal research and analyze case facts, liability, and damagesMaintain compliance with court deadlines, legal standards, and procedural requirementsCollaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficientlyQualificationsActive California Bar license in good standingPrevious experience in personal injury litigation preferredStrong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
