We are currently adding a Personal Injury Attorney with 5 - 10 years of experience to join our Georgia team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple caseloads, and is client-focused and empathetic.What You'll Do:Case Evaluation: Review and assess the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims by analyzing records, documents, and evidence to determine validity and potential valueLegal Representation: Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including hearings, trials, and appeals. Prepare and file claims, petitions, and other legal documents, and advocate for clients before courts and agenciesLegal Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to protect clients' rights and interests.
