About the Job:- Responsible for answering all intake calls and completing intake questions with clients, as well as providing high levels of customer service.
- Required to send email to the supervisor, and other intake specialists on every intake call for follow-up. Include attorneys if the cases are catastrophic, or if an attorney’s opinion is needed.
- Verify insurance coverage.
- Follow up with the client regarding status of property damage.
- Insurance verification.
Qualifications:- Exceptional written and oral skills.
- Strong computer and software skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Highly organized with a major focus on attention to details.
- Excellent Customer service.
- Good time management.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to different situations.
- High sense of urgency.
- Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).
- Team player.
