Responsibilities:
Handle construction litigation matters, including case development, discovery, motion practice, and resolution strategies.
Support personal injuryrelated construction litigation cases, including liability assessment, causation analysis, and damages evaluation.
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare high-quality written work product, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
Manage assigned matters independently while collaborating effectively with partners and litigation teams.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
Requirements/Education:
45 years of construction litigation experience required.
Experience with personal injury matters strongly preferred.
General civil litigation experience preferred.
Excellent academic credentials required.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities required.
Active admission to practice law in the State of Florida required.
