About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal team in Woodland Hills, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advocating for clients through every stage of their personal injury claims. Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution
  • Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
  • Coordinate and obtain medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
  • Monitor client medical treatment progress and follow up on outstanding records
  • Draft demand letters, correspondence, and case summaries for attorneys
  • Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and key case milestones
  • Liaise between attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure case progression
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in personal injury case management or a related legal role
  • Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
