About the Role: We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal team in Woodland Hills, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advocating for clients through every stage of their personal injury claims. Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through resolution
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Coordinate and obtain medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Monitor client medical treatment progress and follow up on outstanding records
Draft demand letters, correspondence, and case summaries for attorneys
Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and key case milestones
Liaise between attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure case progression
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in personal injury case management or a related legal role
Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or similar)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
