This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships and driving cases toward settlement without being responsible for intake, medical records collection, or litigation support.
With continued growth, the firm is actively expanding its case management team and is committed to maintaining manageable caseloads to ensure exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of their case.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring touchpoints at least every two weeks.
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Monitor, coordinate, and track clients' medical treatment.
- Prepare and draft settlement demand packages.
- Work closely with attorneys, medical coordinators, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
- Maintain organized case files and proactively manage deadlines.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of pre-litigation personal injury case management experience.
- Experience managing client communication and active caseloads.
- Familiarity with drafting settlement demands is preferred but not required. Candidates who understand the demand process and are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Stable employment history, with approximately two or more years in recent positions preferred.
