    Job Title:
    Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Litigation & Trial)
    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and trial matters. This role requires strong negotiation skills, litigation experience, and a client-centered approach to delivering exceptional outcomes.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Pre-Litigation
    Manage a high case load of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
    Conduct case evaluations, liability analysis, and damage assessments
    Draft and submit demand packages to insurance carriers
    Negotiate settlements to maximize client outcomes
    Maintain consistent communication with clients, medical providers, and adjusters
    Litigation / Trial
    File lawsuits and manage cases through the litigation lifecycle
    Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery (written and depositions)
    Attend hearings, mediations, arbitration, and settlement conferences
    Prepare cases for trial, including strategy, witness prep, and evidence review

    Requirements
