Personal Injury Attorney

Seeking an experienced personal injury attorney who is looking for a growth opportunity! Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. This is a tremendous opportunity if you want to grow. You should have at least 2 years of experience in personal injury, including settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings, and depositions. Common sense is a must! You do not need trial experience, but you must be fearless and willing to learn and try a case.

• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
• Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements

• Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative
• State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
• A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
• Proficiency in computers is vital
