Are you a dedicated litigator with a passion for justice and advocacy for seriously injured individuals? We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join a highly regarded litigation and trial team. In this role, youll have the opportunity to work alongside one of California's leading trial attorneys, managing a dynamic caseload, engaging in depositions and mediations, and participating in trial proceedings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases, serving as the lead attorney through all stages of litigation, from filing to trial.
- Develop case strategies and theories tailored to client needs.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions, including those involving plaintiffs, defendants, and expert witnesses.
- Conduct settlement negotiations and represent clients in mediations.
- Act as second chair during trials, collaborating with the trial team.
- Maintain consistent client communication to provide case updates.
- Supervise and guide paralegal and support staff activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- License: Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve high-value cases independently.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity.
Note: Trial experience is not mandatory but highly preferred.

SCHEDULE:
- Standard 8-hour shifts.
- Weekend work as needed.
