Personal Injury Attorney

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating for the rights of those who have been harmed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and other pleadings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Proven experience in personal injury law
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
