We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team in Tampa with pay ranging from 130K-170K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and support to clients with personal injury claims
• Conduct legal research and analysis of cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
• Collaborate with legal team members and staff
• Stay up-to-date with personal injury laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience in personal injury law
