About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a full caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys litigation, case strategy, negotiations, and advocating for injured clients throughout the legal process.

What You'll Do

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
• Develop case strategies and evaluate claims.
• Conduct legal research, drafting, discovery, and motion practice.
• Handle depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Maintain client communication and guide cases toward successful resolution.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 7 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling a variety of personal injury matters, including:
  • Car accidents
  • Truck accidents
  • Motorcycle accidents
