Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff)

I'm recruiting plaintiff-side personal injury attorneys for Boston-area law firms. You'd fight for injured clients and see cases through from intake to resolution.

What you'll do

• Handle motor vehicle, premises, and negligence cases
• Prepare demand packages and negotiate with insurance adjusters
• Draft complaints and manage discovery and depositions
• Work with medical providers and experts to build damages
• Attend mediations and try cases when they don't settle

What you bring

• JD and an active Massachusetts bar license
• About 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury or litigation experience
• Strong negotiation skills and client empathy
• Trial or arbitration experience a plus
