Personal Injury Attorney

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. This role requires strong advocacy skills and the ability to negotiate and litigate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding personal injury cases
• Handle all aspects of personal injury claims from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a solid case strategy
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions
