We are a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for injured clients across New York. We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney who wants to make a real impact while handling meaningful cases from intake through resolution.
*This role is on-site 5 days a week*.

What You'll Do
- Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through trial
- Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages
- Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with partners and support staff to maximize case outcomes
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active NY Bar license in good standing
- 4-6+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred
- Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence matters
- Strong deposition, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and client management abilities
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
