Qualifications:
Admitted and in good standing with the New York Bar
5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
Extensive experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters
Proven track record of negotiating and settling high-value personal injury cases
Experience resolving six- and seven-figure cases strongly preferred
Trial experience preferred
Strong deposition and motion practice skills
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy abilities
Ability to manage a substantial caseload independently
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000

Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution
Handle motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Draft, argue, and respond to motions
Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case value
Negotiate and secure significant settlements on behalf of clients
Develop litigation strategies designed to maximize recovery
Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial presentation
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the litigation process
Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staf
