Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney: Fight for Injured Clients in Miami

We are working with a successful, client-focused plaintiff personal injury firm in Miami that is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The firm represents individuals and families in auto, trucking, premises liability, and negligence cases and has the resources to take cases to trial.

This is an in-office role in Miami's Brickell and downtown area, working alongside trial attorneys, paralegals, and case managers who are committed to client results.

What You'll Do

• Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, including treating physician and expert depositions
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and attend mediations
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Trial experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
