Position: Personal Injury Attorney – Pre-Suit (Florida)
Location: Near Miami International Airport
Compensation: Salary DOE + Full Benefits
ALL IN ONE Employment Services is recruiting Personal Injury Attorneys to handle pre-suit personal injury matters for a law office located near Miami International Airport. This role involves managing cases from intake through resolution and is ideal for attorneys who are strong negotiators, excellent writers, and confident advocating liability and damages positions directly with insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities:
Handle pre-suit personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements independently
Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues under Florida law
Required Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar
Demonstrated experience handling pre-suit personal injury cases
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Proven ability to negotiate settlements independently
Solid understanding of Florida personal injury and insurance law
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior litigation experience (preferred, not required)
Working knowledge of Florida insurance issues, including PIP, property damage, and basic coverage analysis
Spanish fluency strongly preferred
