A bit about us:This is not a role for an attorney who wants to sit behind a desk and manage a docket. We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney who knows how to litigate, is comfortable operating independently, and wants the opportunity to work alongside highly successful trial lawyers on significant plaintiff-side matters.
We are a highly successful Texas litigation firm known for taking on complex, high-stakes cases against sophisticated defendants, corporations, and insurers. Our attorneys are courtroom lawyers first. Cases are prepared aggressively with the expectation that they may ultimately be tried before a jury.
The firm has experienced significant growth over the last several years and continues to expand its team and capabilities. This is an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment without layers of bureaucracy. Attorneys are expected to know their craft, take ownership, move quickly, and deliver.
This is an opportunity to work directly with an extremely successful senior trial attorney and learn how significant plaintiff cases are developed, positioned, negotiated, and tried.
Why join us?- No billable-hour requirement. Your value is measured by results, not how many six-minute increments you record.
- Work directly alongside an exceptionally successful plaintiff-side trial attorney.
- Handle substantive personal injury litigation rather than functioning as a file manager.
- Join a firm experiencing significant growth and continuing to invest in its litigation team.
- Exposure to sophisticated, high-value cases and serious courtroom work.
- Significant earning upside for an attorney who proves they can perform at a high level.
- Annual bonus opportunity in addition to a competitive base salary.
- High degree of autonomy for an attorney who can demonstrate that they know what they are doing.
- Opportunity to learn directly from attorneys who have built highly successful careers trying plaintiff cases.
Job DetailsWhat you'll be doing:

- Develop case strategy from active litigation through resolution or trial.
- Draft and argue substantive motions and pleadings.
- Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Evaluate liability, damages, evidence, experts, and litigation strategy.
- Work closely with senior trial counsel on significant matters.
- Prepare cases aggressively with trial in mind.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, courts, and internal teams.
- Step into an established practice and immediately contribute.
What we're looking for:
- 5–6+ years of meaningful litigation experience.
- Substantial plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
- Genuine trial and courtroom experience.
- Ability to independently manage litigation without extensive training or supervision.
- Strong deposition, discovery, motion practice, negotiation, and trial-preparation skills.
- Confidence working with demanding, highly accomplished trial counsel.
- Competitive, resilient personality and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial law firm environment.
